Troubleshooting
No Water Getting to Group Head
Observations:
- no water is coming out the group head (no espresso)
- water IS being dispensed from the steam wand and hot water outlet.
- no pressure when trying dispensing a shot
- no water when trying to dispense a shot
- 3-way solenoid valve had melted
- something had blown on the PCB
Testing:
- blew through hoses to determine if a clog exists. (All good)
- descaled machine using citric acid and water
- backflow from portafilter did nothing (no water)
Solution:
- replace solenoid valve assembly (DONE)
- replace PCB
