Add following to freezer bag:
- 1 cup salsa verde
- =C2=BC cup honey
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 =C2=BD teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2-3 cloves, minced
- =C2=BD teaspoon smoked paprika
- =C2=BC teaspoon pepper
- 2 to 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
- =C2=BC to =C2=BD cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Thaw and let marinade (longer the better)
- Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. Let pressure naturally release fo=
r 10 minutes, then manually quick release the remaining pressure.
- Shred the chicken right in the pot. Stir in the fresh cilantro. Add add=
itional salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
