Wall Insulation
Minimum required is R12 but should be R20 or so.
Adhere 2" R10 rigid foam board with PL 300 adhesive to the concrete walls.
Frame with 2x4 in front and add R12 fibreglass insulation batts for a total R22 insulation value.
