Ingredients

  • 2x Large Potatoes
  • 2x Onions
  • 2x Cans of Clams
  • 2x cans Carnation Evaporated Milk 354 ml  (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into cubes
  • Dice onions
  • Add onions and potatoes to pot and cover with water
  • Boil until potatoes are soft
  • Add cans of clams (do not drain) ~15min post boil
  • Add carnation milk
  • Heat (do not boil) 
  • Add tsp butter
