Ingredients

• Beef Ribs
• BBQ Rub
• BBQ Sauce

Directions

• rub ribs with BBQ rub
• add 1/2 cup water to InstantPot
• add trivet to bottom of InstantPot
• add ribs to InstantPot
• set manual pressure for 20 mins
• let natural depressurize  for 10 mins and then release 
• layer with BBQ sauce and cook briefly over BBQ or in Air Fryer.
