Sill Plate Install

add concrete bolts post foundation pour for ease
add sill gasket
add 2x4 around sill (fire guard) in order to be able nail up drywall so that the insulation is not exposed to fire.

1/8" gap between boards
add adhesive on rim and floor joists
use screws
screws every 6-8" around the edges and every 12" elsewhere
screws back 1.5" from edge
