Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 chicken thighs
• Montreal Chicken Spice

Directions

• Sprinkle chicken thighs with Montreal Chicken Spice
• Cook in Air Fryer at 375 for 10 min
• Flip and cook for another 10 mins or until interns temp is 165F
• Drizzle chicken with sauce and serve
• Add Sirachi Sauce for some heat

Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 tbs soy sauce
• 4-5 tbs brown sugar
• 2-3 tbs rice vinegar (originally did 4tbs - seemed a bit to vinegray)
• 1 tsp crushed ginger

Directions

• Add ingredients to sauce pan
• Heat while whisking til warm. 
• Drizzle over chicken
