Notes:

• I used apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar.
• I used sirloin tip roast for beef. Would be better with a fattier piece of beef.

• Add beef to flour tortilla
• garnish with some of your favourite ingredients:
  • cabbage or lettuce
  • geen salsa
  • diced red onions
  • diced tomatoes
  • lime juice
  • shredded cheese
  • refried pinto or black beans
  • hot sauce

• Kid Friendly Garnishes
  • lettuce
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
