Picked up this Kobalt KB3080 80V battery on marketplace and it did not power on.
Time to replace the internal batteries!

Replaced all of the 18650 batteries and spot welded it.

Using a table router, I enlarged one of the rails so it work work in my Greenworks charger and snow blower.
