You usually need a 3/16" dia. x 1/2" long aluminum rivet for the cabinets, the belly band are typically smaller, 1/8". I'll let you do the calculation to convert this to mm. You don't really need a large head like that unless the hole is worn badly.
Drilling Out Rivets
"... carefully drilling out the rivets using a 1/8″ drill bit, this prevents accidentally making the hole larger if you drill through the fiberglass. Usually just drill until the rivet head comes off, then the rest of the rivet can be tapped out with a small punch or even pulled out from the inside with a pair pf pliers."
