Accessories

  • 99% isopropyl, lint free towels and filament is all you need


Quality of Life Upgrade

  • a micro PC with octoprint is a nice quality of life upgrade - transfer and print wirelessly and use webcam for streaming or timelapse


Software 

  • I'd stick with prusaslicer.   Cura is ok, but never really necessary except  for very specific edge cases.

  • I was using fusion 360, but you can only use it for free for 1 year

  • So using blender, and free cad


Filament

  • buy from Amazon

  • abs warps easily 
  • Pla 90% of the time

  • Petg 10% of the time (for spare parts for ice Makers and garden hose adapters, ...)
