Run Time
Ran for more than 4 days on a 200Ah LiFePO4 battery set a 1C.
Improving Efficiency
We could add insulation and add some HVAC aluminum tape on parts of the fridge to prevent heat entering the fridge.
Proper venting is key! I added a vent at the top of the cabinet to let the hot air escape.

Issues
Door Coming Loose During Drive
The closing side foot/slider broke while travelling. The door side bottom metal bracket that the door swings on came loose which allowed the door to bang around breaking the closing side foot. Adding lock washers should address the issue.
I made a replacement foot using my 3D printer: FridgeFoot.stl.

Vent the electric compressor fridge to the inside of the camper. There will not be a problem in the warm weather as you will either run the A/C or vent with the windows open and the vent on the roof (maybe with a fan). The added heat from the fridge will be insignificant. Every vent to the outside creates another place for leaks and bug ingress.
All I have ever had in my Scamp has been electric compressor refrigerators and it has never been a problem with the added heat, Of course we generally are hooked up and we have solar power for off grid.
