I need to replace my tires and would like to add some baby moons to my rims.

Rims could also be painted white like the picture below.

Recommended Tires


Please buy good trailer tires, not cheap ones, if you have a tire blowout on a fibreglass trailer is will result in major damage, I recommend Maxxis M8008ST tires. Also be careful because the store you mention still sells Bia Ply tires, any tire with a “D” in the size is bias ply and should be avoided, use ST Radial and I also recommend sticking to 175/80R13 ST size

Process:

  • remove
  • clean
  • sand with 220 sand paper 
  • sand with 400 sand paper 
  • blow off dirt
  • clean with rubbing alcohol
  • add cards (from a deck of playing cards) wound the edge of the rim
  • tape off valve stem
  • paint with primer
