Problem

Does not turn on.

Discovery

Turned out that the fan blade had bent causing the motor to overheat which resulted in the thermal fuse to blow.

Fix

Removed the thermal fuse until a new one could be installed. This fixed the issue.

Replacing the Thermal Fuse

When attempting to replace the thermal fuse, I seem to have made things worse.

Final Fix

Need a new motor..... will wait until I can find an old bathroom fan motor.
