So, it stopped working again. Temperature too low?
- Damper Motor Failed to Open
- Evaporator fan tested OK
- Condenser fan tested OK
- Ran the interior fan and then the damper motor again and it ran the second time.
Current Thoughts
I think the damper is freezing closed or the damper motor is flakey.
Increased temp to 5C.

The ice make arm was missing so I made a new one... Time will tell if it works.
