Ingredients

  • 6 large tart cooking apples
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinamon

Directions

  • Slice apples and place in pan
  • Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp salt, lemon rind ad juice
  • Blend four, sugar and margarine 
  • Add salt and cinnamon 
  • Sprinkle over apples
  • Bake til tender at 375F for 30-35 mins
  • Serve with cream.
