Process:

  • remove
  • clean
  • sand with 220 sand paper 
  • sand with 400 sand paper 
  • blow off dirt
  • clean with rubbing alcohol
  • add cards (from a deck of playing cards) wound the edge of the rim
  • tape off valve stem
  • paint with primer
