- bbq rub
Directions
- Rub ribs with BBQ rub
- add 1/2 cup water to InstantPot
- add trivet to bottom of InstantPot
- add ribs to InstantPot
- set manual pressure for 20 mins
- let natural depressurize for 10 mins and then release
- layer with BBQ sauce and cook briefly over BBQ
