Notes | Didn't do ph adjustments Mash temp was a bit all over the place since I was running on 1 pump. Using 5 hop socks. Missed adding the 5 min hops until 2 min left so extended the boil by 3 min. Amarillo was hop pellets - brand VGXP01 AA 7.0 Beta 5.6 Lot P92-YLUAMA5145 Dry hoped day 7 with hop union crystal and citra. Can't wait! Cold crashed 1 carboy after 15 days. FG: 1016 |
