Forgot to take a gravity reading as it was really late. Will take one this morning.
OG (9 hours after pitching): 1050
Dry hoped one carboy with 1 oz centennial

Tasting notes:
Pretty good. Both versions (hoped vs not) are very good.
I think I like the hopped one a bit more. So drinkable. Yum!
Final gravity seems to be 1016. Weird.
Better dry hopped.
